Our client, a BCBA owned and operated ABA company based in York, PA has a full-time opening for an experienced RBT willing and able to serve a single client in Lancaster, PA (Millersville area). The position will include providing intensive 1-on-1 ABA services both in the client's home and in their preschool.

ABA Student Program: Gain hands-on experience and mentorship under our experienced team, paving the way for your journey towards becoming a BCBA. We're committed to nurturing the next generation of clinicians and providing robust support for your professional growth.

Position Details:

• $22.50-$28.75/hour, with a bonus of $1000 after 90 days for those with RBT credential.
• Paid client cancellations at $10/hour
• Paid Orientation and Training
• PTO and Paid Holidays
• Excellent benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, and short term disability.
• Adaptable Monday-Friday schedule with sessions ending at 6 PM or earlier
• Short commutes within a 30 minute radius
• Services provided in the home, school, and community settings

Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician Credential: Highly Preferred.

Experience: Direct autism and ABA experience.

Essential Skills: Strong communication, dependability, and a positive attitude.

Requirements: Current clearances, reliable transportation, internet access, and a smartphone.
