Crafted Highlights:    

In the role of Full-Time Brewery Worker - Warehouse at the Milwaukee, WI brewery you will be an equipment owner in the Warehouse. You will be responsible for a specific piece of equipment or a sub-section of the equipment to include maintaining standards, re-applying learnings to like equipment, assisting in the training on the equipment, etc.

The position reports to the Line Lead and works closely with other brewery workers and craftspeople.

This role pays at an hourly rate of $22.00, with earning potential up to $25.84/hr.

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

• Driving and operating forklifts to move product throughout warehouse and brewery


• Operate equipment and clear occasional jams


• Complete quality checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks on equipment including valves, motors, pumps, filters, and gear boxes 


• Maintain equipment at base condition through regular cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and center lining


• Find and fix defects


• Update standards and create training materials


• Benchmark equipment and submit improvement ideas


• Identify and eliminate chronic losses through root cause analysis


• Track and display equipment metrics


• Other duties as assigned

Key Ingredients: 

• You have a High School Diploma or GED is required


• Valid Forklift license or ability to acquire one upon hire


• Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment


• You are able to work full time, all shifts, all schedules, all days of the week to include weekends and holidays


• Previous experience with computer operation


• You are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position including sitting, standing, climbing, or balancing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, crouching or crawling. Frequently lifting and/or moving items over 60 pounds.
