Job Description - Full Time/Hybrid Orlando, Florida Estate Planning/Probate/Trust Litigation Paralegal Opportunity

Welcome to The Freelance Firm!

We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a full -time, hybrid, qualified, experienced and dedicated Orlando area -based Estate Planning/Trust and Litigation Paralegal.

Paralegal Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years Florida Estate Planning/Trust and Litigation experience

- Case Management

- Drafting pleadings/petitions/notices

- Drafting Estate Plans

- Client communications / follow -up

- Court/JA communication

- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines

- Self -starter and able to work independently

The annual salary for this position starts at $60,000, plus benefits.
