We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. The Bar Manager will be responsible for maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere while managing staff and inventory effectively.
Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies. Oversees staff, including bartenders and in some cases, team members, and/or kitchen staff as well.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintains inventory
• Develops menu and recipes
• Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean
• Can oversee planning for special events
• Select and purchase liquor and bar supplies
• Responsible for maintaining bar profit and margins
• Oversees staff-bartenders, team members, servers

Requirements:
- Experience managing a team, and leading others to achieve desired results.
- Food safety knowledge and willingness to certify in this field
- Control labor, food and cash according to procedures
- Help develop team members to improve performance and earnings
- Complete daily inventories
- Complete daily sales report, drawer counts, compile and deliver deposits
- Breakfast and Drive-thru experience is a plus
- Understanding that your success depends on the success of others
Minimum Age: 18 years old
Experience: Previous Management Experience (required). Restaurant Management (preferred).
