Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Full-Time Barista to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences.


• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.


• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and seating areas.


• Handle cash register transactions accurately and responsibly.


• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.


• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred but not required.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.


• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and products.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
