Your Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical services and supporting the growth of both clients and team members.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
Designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention programs
Providing caregiver training and ongoing support to families
Supervising, training, and mentoring Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Reviewing client progress and making data-driven treatment decisions
Collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure quality outcomes
Participating in program development and quality assurance initiatives
Supporting a positive, team-oriented clinical culture

Requirements
Current BCBA certification
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and sound decision-making skills
Passion for improving outcomes for children and families through evidence-based ABA services
At least 3 years of experience working in ABA field
