Full-Time Center Cook (Childcare)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Center Cook to prepare nutritious meals for children in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks; prep dinner for later service


• Follow Utah health guidelines and childcare licensing regulations


• Follow Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) guidelines and regulations


• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen


• Receive deliveries, rotate and store food properly


• Complete weekly pickup orders (Friday mornings)


• Document meals served and manage inventory

Qualifications:

• Food Handler’s Permit and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)


• Ability to pass a background check


• Experience in cooking for groups preferred


• Strong organization and time management skills
