Westmoreland Country Club is seeking a full-time Cook to join our professional culinary team! Cook with purpose. Serve with pride. Build something steady. Pay:

Starting from $18.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Previous cooking experience required; club, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred

Strong fundamentals: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and prep organization

Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a full-time schedule

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Culinary education is a plus, but experience and work ethic matter most

Position Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines

Perform daily prep duties to support service and events

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations

Assist with banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special club events

Communicate clearly and work as part of a team-driven kitchen

Take pride in consistency, timing, and plate presentation

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time position with steady hours

Schedule based on club operations including weekends and holidays

Competitive hourly pay based on experience
