Full-Time Household Assistant Live-Out (MonFri) | Naples, FL

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and who is interested in a stable, long-term position.

Responsibilities

• Manage family laundry, including sorting, stain treatment, washing, drying, folding, and putting items away
• Wash dishes, baby bottles, and other feeding items
• Unpack groceries and maintain an organized refrigerator and pantry
• Wash and prepare fruits and vegetables
• Assist with meal planning, food preparation, and cooking
• Perform routine housekeeping throughout the approximately 2,200 sq. ft. home, including vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, and general upkeep
• Restock household supplies and monitor inventory
• Run household and personal errands
• Schedule appointments and assist with household coordination
• Monitor the baby monitor while the children are napping
• Assist with bottles and purée feedings as needed
• Keep children's household items and supplies organized
• Pack and unpack for family trips
• Declutter and organize closets, storage areas, and other household spaces
• Assist with household projects and adjust priorities as needed
• Travel with the family domestically or internationally when needed is a plus

Candidate Requirements

• Previous private household experience as a Household Assistant, Family Assistant, Housekeeper, Mother's Helper, Nanny, or similar role
• Extremely reliable and punctual
• Proactive and able to work independently without constant direction
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable following household routines and checklists
• Skilled in cooking and meal preparation, including accommodating dietary requirements
• Flexible and able to adjust responsibilities and priorities as the family's needs change
• Professional, discreet, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Comfortable working around infants
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Excellent English communication skills and strong professional references
• Physically able to perform household duties, including standing for extended periods, carrying groceries, and lifting household items
• TDAP vaccination strongly preferred
• Comfortable wearing a mask around the babies if requested
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$80,000 annual salary, based on experience
