Full-Time Housekeeper

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. This position is initially assigned to our Housekeeping Department.

As our community grows and staffing needs evolve, we're looking for someone who is flexible and eager to grow with us. Employees in this role should be open to transitioning into a Caregiver position in the future if operational needs require it. Paid training will be provided for qualified employees.

• Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas
• Complete daily laundry and linen services
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Report maintenance or safety concerns
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Compassion and respect for older adults
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the community
• Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and TB test
