Job Description - Full-Time Private Family Chef Miami Beach, FL
A warm, casual yet upbeat family of six in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Full-Time Private Chef to take ownership of the family’s day-to-day meals, kitchen organization, and entertaining.
The family enjoys a wide variety of cuisines and is not looking for a Chef who specializes in only one style of cooking. The ideal candidate will be versatile, creative, and able to prepare flavorful, well-balanced meals across different cuisines while learning and adapting to the family’s preferences. One family member follows a pescatarian diet, and there is a food allergy in the household, so the Chef must be comfortable accommodating dietary preferences and allergies with care
The family has four children and is looking for someone who is genuinely child-friendly and enjoys creating a fun, welcoming kitchen environment. Creativity around holidays and special occasions is important, whether that means Halloween cookies, themed meals, seasonal treats, or other ideas that make food enjoyable and memorable for the children.
This is a standalone Chef position, although the household has an Estate Stew/Butler who will assist with food service and provide support when needed. The family also entertains regularly, typically hosting groups of approximately 15 to 20 guests, so the Chef should be comfortable handling gatherings of this size. For larger events, additional assistance will be provided, and the Estate Stew/Butler can support food service.
