Full-Time Private Housekeeper Maitland, FL

A couple in Maitland, FL is seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper for their 3,400 sq. ft. single-family home. The household consists of two adults and two small Jack Russell dogs.

The family expects to move into a new home within the same neighborhood in approximately three months and is looking for someone who can continue with them long term. The position is available to start immediately.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Up to 40 hours per week
Approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility in start time

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the home to a consistently high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Perform detailed daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning throughout the residence
• Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces
• Properly care for household surfaces, furnishings, appliances, rugs, and other finishes using the appropriate products
• Handle household laundry, ironing, linens, and bedding as needed
• Keep the pantry, refrigerator, cabinets, drawers, closets, and garage clean and organized
• Maintain the kitchen, including dishwasher duties, light food preparation, and general kitchen upkeep
• Keep bathrooms stocked and household supplies organized; notify the family when items need replenishing
• Assist with light outdoor upkeep, including patio areas and exterior cobwebs
• Clean and refill the dogs’ food and water bowls daily
• Grocery shopping and occasional local errands as requested
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the family
• Follow the family’s established cleaning and organization routines with strong attention to detail

Qualifications:
• Professional private-home housekeeping experience required
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products and proper care of household surfaces
• Strong laundry, ironing, and organization skills
• Comfortable working in a home with two small dogs
• Reliable, punctual, discreet, and professional
• Able to work independently and take initiative

Compensation:
