Responsibilities

Receive/answer phone calls and communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

Greet customers and direct them to the correct department and introduce the customer to the salesperson.

Scheduling drivers for various reasons and events.

General administrative work, including but not limited to some inventory work, creating receipts, and scanning.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Organization.

Outgoing and positive demeanor.

Professional presentation.

Punctuality.

Ability to multitask and preform under pressure.

A clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
