As a Cashier, you will play a key role assisting customers entering the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while handling transactions efficiently and accurately. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will help foster strong customer relationships and support the overall service operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service department.


• Process customer payments, maintain accurate cash drawer, and handle financial transactions.


• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about service status and pricing.


• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.


• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.


• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.


• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.


• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.


• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
