Overview

NuFace Home Improvements is seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on installation and service work across residential remodeling projects, with a focus on bathrooms, siding, windows, and doors. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service residential bathroom systems, windows, doors, and siding
• Perform on-site assessments and ensure accurate measurements and proper fit
• Complete demolition, preparation, and finishing work as needed for installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation or product issues in the field
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Load, unload, and transport tools/materials to job sites

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction (bathrooms, siding, windows, or doors required)
• Strong knowledge of general carpentry and finish work
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Understanding of basic plumbing and structural principles (bathroom work)
• Ability to read and interpret measurements and job specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in home improvement, remodeling, or installation work
• Experience working with acrylic bath systems, vinyl siding, or window/door installs
• Customer-facing service experience
