We're looking for a Shift Leader who loves people, stays calm when it's busy, and takes pride in running a great shift. You'll be the person your team looks to for direction, energy, and support, and the person our guests count on for a fast, friendly, consistent experience.

What You'll Do

• Run shifts from open to close: set positions, manage breaks, and keep service moving during peak rushes
• Coach and encourage team members in the moment so they can perform at their best
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards on every shift
• Handle guest concerns with care and turn problems into positive experiences
• Complete shift checklists, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures
• Help train new team members and support their development
• Communicate clearly with managers and directors about shift performance, staffing, and issues

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality (leadership experience preferred)
• A positive, steady presence under pressure
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to give direction respectfully
• Reliability and ownership: you do what you say you'll do
• Full-time availability, including mornings and evenings, with full open-to-close availability on Saturdays required
• Must be 18 or older
