We are currently seeking a Full-Time Traveling Teller. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday with some Saturday mornings and will travel to any of our branch offices in the Metro Milwaukee area to cover staff shortages and vacation or sick days. A valid driver’s license is needed along with reliable personal transportation. Mileage reimbursement is included. When not traveling, this position will assist with extra duties and special projects. Home base will be at a branch office mutually agreed upon with the manager.

Position Overview

This flexible role combines exceptional customer service with relationship-building and sales engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys meaningful customer conversations, identifying financial needs, and connecting customers with the right solutions to help them succeed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting customer relationships. 
•   Engage with customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services. 
•   Identify referral opportunities that support customers' financial goals and contribute to branch growth objectives.
•   Conduct outbound customer outreach to share product updates, promote special offers, and strengthen customer and community relationships. 
•   Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to confidently explain features and benefits. 
•   Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately while providing an exceptional customer experience. 
•   Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. 
•   Collaborate and learn from teams across the bank including customer service, accounting, loan servicing, and other departments.

Job Skills:

• A valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation and the ability to commute to the various branch locations in the Metro Milwaukee area. Mileage reimbursement is included.
• Strong listening and interpretive skills with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate financial solutions.
• Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport with customers.
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work toward monthly referral objectives.
• Experience using customer relationship-building tools or willingness to learn.
• Ability to present product information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Education Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated success in a retail, financial, or service-based sales environment preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
