Lead the Team Behind Secure, High-Stakes Testing

Every day, professionals across the country rely on our team to complete exams that can impact the next step in their careers.

Behind those exams is a fast-moving operation where security matters, details matter, and strong leadership matters.

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who can lead from the front-someone comfortable making real-time decisions, developing employees, solving problems, and holding a team accountable while keeping operations moving.

This is not a passive leadership role. You will be visible, involved, and actively engaged with your team throughout your shift.

What You'll Own

• Lead daily remote testing and onboarding operations


• Protect exam integrity and ensure compliance with client requirements


• Monitor testing volume, workflow, staffing, and assignments


• Identify and respond to potential security concerns


• Troubleshoot technical and candidate issues and handle escalations


• Coach employees and address performance, attendance, and behavioral concerns


• Conduct one-on-ones and participate in corrective actions


• Manage schedules, time punches, attendance, and time-off requests


• Support interviewing, training, and onboarding


• Step into onboarding, proctoring, calls, emails, or SMS when operational demand requires it


• Partner across departments to resolve issues and maintain service levels

Our supervisors don't lead from the sidelines. You won't be expected to know everything on day one-but you will be expected to learn the operation, ask questions, take ownership, and follow through.

Within your first 90 days, we want you to:

Know your team. Build relationships, understand individual strengths and coaching needs, and establish yourself as a consistent and approachable leader.

Know the operation. Develop a strong understanding of our systems, testing requirements, security expectations, and procedures.

Be visible. Your team should know you are present, engaged, and available-not simply because of your title, but because of how you lead.

Create consistency. Reinforce expectations, follow through on commitments, address problems early, and help build a positive and accountable team.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

• Has 2+ years of supervisory experience


• Is comfortable holding employees accountable and having difficult conversations


• Communicates clearly and follows through


• Can prioritize quickly in a fast-moving environment


• Demonstrates strong judgment and remains composed under pressure


• Is technically savvy and comfortable troubleshooting


• Notices details and understands the importance of following established procedures


• Looks for solutions and takes ownership


• Is comfortable working within strict compliance and security requirements


• Has operations, call center, or testing experience (strongly preferred)

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM MT 100% Onsite $25.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience

Flexibility is required based on operational needs, and overtime may occasionally be necessary during peak periods or staffing gaps.
