We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrative medicine, dedicated to continuous learning, and values collaboration in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Consultations
Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations, including reviewing medical history, lab work and patient goals.
Manage ongoing patient interactions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Perform in-office procedures such as IV drips, vitamin therapy and peptide therapy
Treatment Management
Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment protocols focusing on hormone balance, weight management and metabolic health.
Order, interpret, and evaluate lab results to inform treatment recommendations.
Prescribe medications, peptides, or supplements as appropriate.
Collaboration & Communication
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.
Collaborate effectively with staff and patients to ensure continuity of care and exceptional service.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
0-2 years of clinical experience. Experience in functional health and wellness (hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, peptide therapy) is a plus.
Knowledge or interest in hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and medical weight loss.
Strong communication and organizational skills; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Comfortable using EMR systems and referencing current literature (e.g., PubMed)
Willingness to use social media for patient education and professional growth.
Strong analytical/critical thinking skills and commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient care
