Job Description - Functional Support Analyst

Name of position: Functional Support Analyst

Location: Richmond VA

Job description

â¢Analyze and triage incidents.

â¢Manage service requests.

â¢Support user acceptance testing.

â¢Maintain support documentation.

â¢Provide user guidance and training assistance.

â¢Coordinate issue resolution across technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications

â¢5+ years enterprise application support experience.

â¢Experience supporting Dynamics 365 business users.

â¢Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
