FUNERAL DIRECTOR - FSP License

POSITION SUMMARY

FRENCH Funerals & Cremations is seeking a Licensed Funeral Director to guide families through one of life’s most important moments with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

This role is responsible for coordinating and executing services while ensuring every detail is handled accurately and completely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with families to plan meaningful services 
• Coordinate and follow through on all service details 
• Ensure services are delivered accurately and without gaps 
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with families and team members 
• Oversee  services with professionalism and care 
• Maintain  CSS benchmark of 8.3 or higher

• Services are completed accurately and seamlessly

• No details are missed or left unresolved 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active FSP License 
• Degree in Mortuary Science 
• 2+ years of experience 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
