Fuse Groups & Training Director

Role Description: 

This role creates strategy, resources, and training for Fuse staff to use at the campus level for both support volunteers and Fuse group leaders. This role is responsible for the strategy for Fuse groups, including continual training, resources, structure, and study content.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, evaluate, and update training that empowers Fuse staff to onboard new volunteers and equip current Fuse Group Leaders. This includes resources for:
  
  
  
  • New Serve process
  
  
  • Fuse Group Leader training
  
  
  • Continual topical training
  
  
  • Gauntlet Group Leader Training
    
    
  
  
  
  


• Work with the Learning & Development staff at NewSpring to streamline our ministry's training processes and align them with those of the other ministries.


• Create and share ongoing resources for Fuse Groups, including series and topical content.


• Oversee the Student Discipleship Pathway


• Help develop Fuse staff at a campus level. Provide insight, coaching, wisdom, and encouragement alongside the Campus Pastor.


• Work with the Fuse Planning and Project Director on any project needs and assets.


• Consider and share operational needs alongside the Fuse Operations Director.


• Work with the Events Director as needed to help execute Gauntlet's planning and event functions.


• Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
  
  

Additional Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Travel to campuses - each campus one time per year.


• Actively involved at the campus level with Fuse.
  
  

Role Requirements:

• This role is full time 40 hours per week.


• A high school diploma is required. 


• This role adheres to a standard schedule, knowing it may fluctuate at times & based on certain needs. Standard schedule is:
  
  
  
  • Sunday: 8:15 am - 1:00 pm
  
  
  • Monday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  
  
  • Tuesday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  
  
  • Wednesday: 10:30 am - 9:00 pm
  
  
  • Thursday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
