Role Overview

As a GA Pre-K Lead Teacher, you will serve as the primary educator in the classroom, ensuring high-quality instruction aligned with Georgia’s Pre-K program standards. You will design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that inspire a love of learning, foster social-emotional growth, and prepare children for kindergarten success.

  Create and implement lesson plans aligned with state Pre-K guidelines and curriculum.

  Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

  Support the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.

  Partner with parents through consistent, open communication.

  Ensure compliance with GA Pre-K state requirements.

  Collaborate with Assistant Teachers, Directors, and staff to deliver excellence in care and education.

Requirements: 

• Age: Must be 18 years or older


• 
  

  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Certifications: Must hold a valid Georgia Teaching Certification.

  
  


• Experience: Proven experience or 1 year in a classroom setting is required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00, Based on Region and your own education/experience in the Early Education field not the number of hours you work!
