Currently hiring for 2nd shift (4PM-12:30AM).  Selected candidate will train on an earlier shift for a period of time before starting 2nd shift.

Ideal candidates will be:

  • Data Entry and computer experience – excellent typing skills, excel, word and outlook experience and able to adapt quickly to new computer systems and processes.

  • Experience and Interest in Gaming!

    • Exposure to a wide variety of games and game types including Board Games, especially Hex and Counter War Games, Miniatures War Games, Roleplaying Games, CCGs and more.

    • Knowledge of game components and value of games is more important than rules or gameplay experience.

    • Diversity of gaming knowledge is more beneficial than highly specialized knowledge of 1 or a few specific games.

  • Very detail oriented.

  • Ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs as needed.

  • Ability to work well in a team AND individually.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Role

If you enjoy learning complex systems, working with a wide variety of products, and becoming faster and more efficient as you build expertise, the Curator position at Noble Knight Games may be a great fit for you.

Curators turn the thousands of used products we receive into accurate, ready-for-sale inventory. This goes beyond traditional data entry: Curators identify products, check completeness and condition, determine pricing, and enter them accurately into our system.

There is a lot to learn - Curators work with many guidelines, product types, and exceptions, and must learn to apply them consistently. Over time, successful Curators make accurate decisions quickly while recognizing when something unusual requires research or assistance.

This is a production-focused position. Curators are expected to maintain accuracy while progressing toward established productivity standards.

What Makes a Successful Curator?

Our strongest Curators:

  • Learn and retain a large amount of information, including rules, guidelines, and product knowledge.

  • Enjoy learning systems and figuring out how different situations fit within established guidelines.

  • Notice small details while working efficiently.

  • Balance accuracy and speed.

  • Are comfortable with focused, repetitive work for extended periods.

  • Make independent decisions using established guidelines.

  • Recognize exceptions and know when to research or ask for help.

  • Respond well to coaching and apply feedback.

  • Take responsibility for improving their knowledge and performance.

Training & Performance

New Curators receive training and resources to learn our processes, but are also expected to take an active role in their development.

During training, you will learn to use our guidelines and internal resources, apply feedback, ask effective questions, and become increasingly independent.

We don't expect new Curators to be fast on day one. We do expect consistent improvement toward established accuracy and productivity standards throughout training.

Physical Requirements

This role involves moving customer trades and products between Receiving, your workstation, and the Warehouse. Employees may be required to lift more than 40 pounds, including above shoulder height.

Growth at Noble Knight Games

We're looking for people who want to become excellent at what they do and grow with Noble Knight Games over the long term.

Strong Curators may have opportunities to take on specialized projects, train others, expand their responsibilities, and pursue advancement within the company.

This Position May Be a Good Fit If...

You enjoy learning, organizing information, spotting differences, solving problems, and mastering systems. You take pride in accuracy while understanding that productivity matters, and you like seeing yourself become better and faster as you gain experience.

If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.

You do not need extensive tabletop gaming knowledge to start. The ability to learn, retain, and apply new information is more important.

 Benefits offered:

  • Medical Insurance available after 90 days (50% company paid).

  • Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, Accident Expense, Hospital indemnity, critical illness. Group plans available.

  • $25k Term life Policy company paid
