Garden & Grounds Specialist

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper to help keep our site beautiful, clean, safe, and well-maintained year-round. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in a job well done, and appreciates the satisfaction of seeing immediate results in the great outdoors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of lawns, campsites, trails, and landscaped areas
• Mow, trim, and edge grassy areas using power equipment
• Weed and maintain flower beds, gardens, and other planted areas
• Plant, water, and care for trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers
• Clear leaves, limbs, and debris from paths and common areas
• Remove trash and assist with recycling or composting efforts
• Assist in the installation and upkeep of outdoor features like fencing, signage, or decorative displays
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and help track tool inventory
• Support the maintenance team with special projects and seasonal preparations
• Carry out all other grounds-related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in grounds keeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance required
• Comfortable using mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools, and other landscaping equipment
• Knowledge of basic plant care, lawn management, and safe landscaping practices
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work well both independently and with a team
• Physical ability to bend, lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks
