Garden Villa Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team as soon as possible. We are looking to hire quickly so there is time for training with our current maintenance technician.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience


• Experience with general repairs, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and unit turns


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently


• On-site living is not required
