We are hiring for the General Assembly I role — a vital position responsible for assembling and modifying electrical and electronic equipment such as airfield lights and signs.

About the Position: General Assembly I

As a General Assembly I team member, you will:

• Assemble, modify, and test electrical/electronic systems and components.


• Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.


• Adjust, repair, or replace components to ensure quality and safety.


• Interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, and specifications.


• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.


• Collaborate with Cell Leads and engineers to solve production challenges.


• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED OR one to two years of related experience/training.


• Strong communication and basic math skills.


• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded.


• Ability to read and interpret documents, and perform basic computer functions.


• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform tasks in a moderate noise environment.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30am–3:30pm


• Friday: 6:30am–12:30pm


• Flexibility required based on business needs.
