We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Cleaner/Janitor to join our team on a part-time/full-time basis, Monday through Friday.

As a General Cleaner/Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our clients' facilities. Your primary duties will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting all surfaces. You will also be responsible for emptying trash bins, restocking supplies, and cleaning restrooms. In addition, you may be required to perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in cleaning and janitorial services, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting. They must be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are also essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Disinfect all surfaces and high-touch areas

- Empty trash bins and replace liners

- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels

- Clean and sanitize restrooms

- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues

- Adhere to all safety and health regulations

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in cleaning and janitorial services preferred

- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects

- Attention to detail and strong work ethic

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
