Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist the cleaning team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including:
  • Preparing and using cleaning solutions according to specifications.
  • Cleaning restrooms, floors, furniture, glass, and fixtures.
  • Emptying trash and maintaining facility cleanliness.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards.
• Train and mentor team members on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply restocking.
• Report maintenance issues or major repairs to management.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and team members adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in a janitorial or cleaning role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (for reporting and checklists).
• Additional Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Flexible schedule to cover absences and special projects.
