What will you be doing?  

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Install trailer components, including walls, doors, wiring, lights, decking, and hardware.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with a team committed to building exceptional trailers.

Legend believes in rewarding team members for efficiency and excellence - we've established a Bonus Program for the hourly employees.  This bonus is paid to the employees every payroll.  

 Skills that are needed:  

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Working with various hand tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active work.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
