Compensation: 33% of Adjusted Net Production, with a guaranteed income for the first year

Raio Dental Plainview is seeking a growth-oriented, comprehensive General Dentist to take an important clinical role in developing our beautiful new practice.

This is a brand-new, spacious nine-operatory facility with the infrastructure, technology, and team needed to build a thriving comprehensive practice. We are looking for a dentist who sees the opportunity in growing with an office—not simply stepping into someone else’s schedule.

Our intention is to provide guaranteed income, paid semi-monthly, giving the dentist financial stability while we work together to expand the patient base and increase production. Compensation also includes 33% of Adjusted Net Production, creating meaningful upside as the practice grows.

We are seeking a highly capable “Super GP” who enjoys comprehensive dentistry—from consistent bread-and-butter restorative care to advanced treatment, surgical procedures, and implant placement and restoration. The ideal candidate can already perform implants or has the clinical foundation and genuine interest to develop those skills.

You’ll work in large, spacious operatories alongside an excellent front-office and hygiene team. The team is focused on creating an outstanding patient experience while supporting scheduling, treatment coordination, case presentation, and case acceptance.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school 

• Active Dental License in New York

• DEA Registration (or ability to obtain) 

• Strong communication and patient education skills 

• Commitment to quality patient care 

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment 

Preferred 

• Invisalign® Certification 

• Implant Restoration Experience 

• Implant Placement Experience 

• Experience with comprehensive treatment planning 

• Cosmetic dentistry experience 

• Endodontic experience 

• Oral surgery experience 

• Experience practicing in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
