General Foreman

General Foreman:

The General Foreman is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of our construction projects. The Foreman works closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with project manager and other team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Supervise and lead construction workers to ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations at the job site.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and financial records.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and client requirements.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction projects.
• Any additional tasks or projects assigned by their supervisor

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Foreman.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certification in construction management preferred.
• Successful candidates must complete a drug screening and background check prior to employment
