General Handyman

Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of painting, caulking, window cleaning or pressure washing experience
• Have a strong work ethics and safety attitude
• Be physically fit. Being able to lift and carry weights up to 50lbs (incl. 32' ladders), physically work outdoors for up to 8hrs a day.
• Be able to work at height with use of ladders, lifts, suspended scaffolding. Have good balance.
• Be willing to help people and provide great customer service
• Have strong problem-solving skills
• Be a GREAT team player, able to work in a team and contribute for entire team's success.
• Have an ability to work independently, without direct supervision
• Be able to learn new skills quickly
• Have clear background
• Pass drug test
• Be able to clearly communicate in English

Preferable:

• Residing in proximity to West Los Angeles/Marina Del Rey (most of the projects are in that area)
• Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, repairs, caulking, painting, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform work at residential, commercial and industrial properties based on 3 key priorities Safety-Quality-Efficiency (Work: Window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, painting, caulking, dusting and other)
• Operate soft-washing equipment and rig in support of cleaning drone operation
• Following company policies, safety and quality standards
• Customer service and communication
• Organization and management of the company equipment
• Driving company van to jobs
• Arrival strictly on time
• 100% focus on work while at work
• Effective teamwork and cooperation
• Following directions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
