Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated General Handyman to join our team in Staten Island, NY. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties, ensuring they remain safe, functional and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and organized.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous handyman experience is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
