About Us:

QuickFix Services LLC is a recognized leader in property management and maintenance services. We are expanding our team and currently seeking a skilled General Handyman in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you have expertise in general repairs, including locksmith services, plumbing, electrical work, and more, we invite you to apply and join our growing team!

Responsibilities (any of the following):

• General Handyman Work: Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
• Locksmith Duties: Install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security systems.
• Plumbing: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, sinks, toilets, water heaters, and more.
• Electrical Systems: Conduct repairs such as fixing light switches, outlets, circuit breakers, and wiring.
• Carpentry: Repair or replace doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other structures such as shelving and fences.
• Interior Maintenance: Repair drywall, patch holes, paint, and perform other interior tasks.
• Exterior Repair: Conduct repairs to siding, roofing, gutters, decks, fences, patios, and more.
• Roofing: Inspect, repair, and replace roofing materials, ensuring a water-tight seal and addressing leaks.
• Fencing: Install, repair, or replace fences, gates, and related structures to maintain privacy and security.
• Trash-Out Services: Remove unwanted items or debris, especially after tenant move-outs, ensuring properties are clean and ready for new tenants.
• Landscaping & Groundskeeping: Perform lawn care, hedge trimming, tree pruning, and general upkeep.
• Winterization: Insulate pipes, weatherproof doors and windows to protect properties during winter.
• Pest Control: Identify and eliminate infestations on the property.
• Snow Removal: Clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and entrances.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and ensure high-quality, timely completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance or related trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Personal tools required for the job.
