• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks efficiently across multiple properties.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
