Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
• Respond to and complete maintenance requests on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous handyman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
