In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of essential repair and maintenance services for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring they remain in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general repairs and maintenance across properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests from tenants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while following safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Solid knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently prioritize tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
