At Sol -Ark we try hard not to treat an applicant as just a "resume" - especially in a newer, dynamic, fast -moving world of renewables.
The world has changed.  Information is free and abundant.  Degrees definitely help, but they are far from everything.
We even have a few team members that literally trained themselves from YouTube better than some "credentialed" individuals.

So, at the end of the day, we look for two key attributes: 

1. Attitude - Hard work ethic, unwavering integrity, always seeking challenges, a culture of self -learning, great energy, roll with the punches!
2. Aptitude - Quick -learner and problem solver. 

We anticipate all departments to be continuously adding new talent, even if a role is not specifically listed on our Careers page.
