What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites.


• Perform physical labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.


• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.


• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and materials.


• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure the well-being of yourself and your coworkers.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to perform manual labor.


• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.


• Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required.


• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.


• Drug-free and at least 18 years of age.


• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
