We are seeking a motivated and responsible Landscape and Hardscape apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills  while contributing to high-quality project outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, time management, and physical endurance, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of landscaping and hardscape sites

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress 

- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines

- Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday

- Maintain and perform basic inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Apply knowledge of landscape and Hardscape materials and methods to support project execution

Skills and Qualifications:

- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in operating landscape and Hardscape equipment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team

- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding work, including lifting and manual labor

- Knowledge of landscape and Hardscape materials and methods

- Valid driver’s license is required

- Prior experience in landscape or Hardscape work is a plus but not mandatory
