General Laborer for Highway Division

The Position:

We are currently hiring General Laborers for our highway division at our Cedar Falls location. This position involves the installation of traffic signals, street lighting, trusses, and signage. 

In this role, candidates must be able to build and maintain relationships with customers, employees, and other trades.  Candidates must work closely with field supervisors, adapt to changing work environments, actively engage in K&W Electric, Inc.’s safety policies, and be able to maintain a positive image of one’s self and of the Company.

Requirements:

• 
  A valid Driver’s License with ability to meet company driving standards


• 
  High School Diploma/Equivalency


• 
  Successfully passing drug and background screenings
  

No experience is necessary, salary is based on qualifications: electrical knowledge and previous experience. $21.57/hour-$25.57*with Class A CDL/hour, with additional project-specific incentives.
