Black Bear Talent is seeking reliable General Laborers to assist with a renovation project at our client’s site. This position will involve physical labor and supporting various renovation activities to help ensure the project is completed safely and efficiently. This is a temporary position expected to continue through approximately September. Candidates must be flexible and prepared to work extended hours, including mandatory overtime and weekend work as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks to support renovation and construction activities
- Assist with moving materials, cleanup, loading/unloading, and other physical duties as assigned
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from site supervisors
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Be prepared to work 10-hour shifts with overtime each week
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, lifting, bending, and moving materials
- Willingness and availability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely on an active job site
- Previous construction or general labor experience

- 10-hour shifts
