General Liability Specialist

Job Description:

The General Liability Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s General Liability claims process. This individual provides quality investigation and analysis of general liability claims to proper conclusion to ultimately ensure guest satisfaction. 

What You'll Do:

• Carries out all functions of the General Liability claims.

• Analyzes, recommends, and revises case reserves for all General Liability claims to limit expenses to the company. 

• Maintains detailed records of claims in order to respond to inquiries and make recommendations to Director as needed.

• Continually researches and maintains knowledge of developments in relevant codes, statues, and regulations with a particular emphasis on General Liability.  

• Reviews and downloads video of all claims to assist in analyzing claims and preserving evidence.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Risk Management or related field preferred 

• 5+ years experience in General Liability and/or insurance practices preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred
