If you like solving problems with your hands and taking pride in a property guests actually notice, this one's worth a look. As a Maintenance Technician, you're the reason guest rooms are comfortable, public spaces look sharp, and everything from the faucets to the spa water is working the way it should.
$16.00/hr + depending experience. Full-Time Team Members receive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life, 401(k), STD, LTD, paid holiday, vacation, personal & sick time, and numerous other employee discount benefits through our HR provider LL Roberts.
In this role, you must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends
You'll start most days walking the property — guest rooms, lobby, public areas, mechanical rooms — catching small issues before they turn into guest complaints.
This is an active job. Expect continuous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying, plus stairs. Roughly 75% of your time is indoors and 25% outdoors, in whatever weather the day brings. Clear vision, hearing, and speech matter — you'll be assessing conditions and communicating with guests, associates, and corporate contacts in person and by phone. Limited protective clothing is required.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
When the whole team plays together, the hotel grows, hospitality gets better, and everyone shares in that. If that's the kind of place you want to work, we'd like to hear from you.
