General Manager

The company believes that the General Manager is a partner, one that represents our values along with our commitment to the individuals that operate our restaurants. The General Managers are 100% responsible for the Day-to-Day operations including but not limited to the following: Staffing and Personnel Development, Sales development, Local Store Marketing, Health Department interactions, Food Cost controls, Labor Costs controls, Monthly P&L Statement presentations. It is our belief that we have to create a fun atmosphere in the restaurants every shift, every day. So, if this is what you expect from an employer, then we can help you get it.
