Key Responsibilities

• Lead front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations with an “owner’s hat”.
• Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic Crew Members and Leaders.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld, focusing on hospitality, quality control, and speed of service.
• Monitor sales growth and manage labor to maximize profitability.
• Drive marketing initiatives and execute promotional campaigns.

Essential Qualifications

• 5 years of food service experience or a relevant hospitality degree.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and make solid decisions.
• Experience in operational execution in both FOH and BOH.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions with guests and team members.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced cafe environment with no fryers or grills!

Working Conditions

• Minimum 55-hour work week with flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
