What You'll Do:

Lead Daily Salon Operations – Keep the salon organized, efficient, and customer-focused every day.
Recruit, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding service and exceed goals.
Drive Sales Performance - Increase memberships, retail sales, and customer loyalty through strong leadership and sales coaching.
Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Monitor key metrics, oversee scheduling, handle cash management, and maintain operational excellence.
