The Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo is a newly renovated full-service hotel located in the heart of Toledo, OH on the University of Toledo Medical Center campus. As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our property and ensuring that our guests receive personalized, impeccable service during their stay.

About The Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo:

• The property offers 212 guest rooms and suites that provide luxurious comfort to all our guests.
• We are focused on creating memorable stays for both business and leisure travelers.
• Our hotel features a new full-service restaurant and bar, over 14,000 sq. ft. of flexible banquet & meeting space with in-house catering, and a range of amenities including a fitness center, indoor pool, sundry shop, free Wi-Fi, and free parking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized, impeccable service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff.
• Maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders, including Marriott corporate offices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
