General Manager – Apex Service Partners (Portland,OR)

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving business growth and operational excellence? Apex Service Partners is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at one of our premier locations in the Portland market. This role is ideal for a high-energy professional with a proven track record in the home services industry, someone who thrives on building strong teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and Grow – Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction 
  • Drive Performance – Set and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals 
  • Develop Talent – Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations 
  • Customer-Centric Focus – Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds brand loyalty and long-term success 
  • Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, P&L statements, and key performance metrics 
  • Operational Excellence – Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity 

  

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven Leadership – Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role 
  • Strong Business Acumen – Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations 
  • People-First Mentality – Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment 
  • Customer-Driven Mindset – Commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering customer loyalty 
  • Process-Oriented Thinker – Ability to implement and improve systems for efficiency and scalability
